Step 1: Build! Create a functional AI prototype or workflow that demonstrates real transformation potential. We're looking for production-grade thinking that prioritizes end-users and business outcomes.
The Rules: This must be an original, solo project so no repurposed work from hackathons or other companies. You'll need to include a GitHub repo with a clear commit history to prove the work is yours. Use only synthetic, public, or legally permissible data.
Step 2: Record a <10-minute demo video (unlisted YouTube link only so no Loom, Vimeo, etc.). In your video, clearly explain: why you chose this problem, who the users are, the impact and ROI you expect, and key tech choices and trade-offs.
Step 3: Submit by uploading your video link (plus GitHub repo and live/deployed link within the YouTube video description) to the form on this page.
